Covering an area of more than 12,000 square meters and with 20 themed scenarios, the supporting facilities of the Oriental Movie Metropolis have been upgraded - the Haihao (Qingdao) Real Scene Film Studio was officially put into use in the Qingdao West Coast New Area.
On March 12th, the Haihao (Qingdao) Real Scene Film Studio jointly built by Qingdao Oriental Movie Metropolis Film and Television Industry Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Haihao Jiuying Film and Television Culture Co., Ltd. was launched and put into operation in the Qingdao West Coast New Area.
It is reported that the Haihao (Qingdao) Real Scene Film Studio covers an area of more than 12,000 square meters and is a real scene base with more than 20 themed scenarios of different styles, such as police stations, subway stations, hospitals, schools, villas, and townhouses. It provides one-stop professional shooting services for film and television crews, advertising production teams, and cultural and tourism projects.
"The completion and operation of the Haihao (Qingdao) Real Scene Film Studio fill the gap of the Oriental Movie Metropolis in real scene studios, further enriches the supporting facilities of the Oriental Movie Metropolis, and enhances the service level of the Oriental Movie Metropolis. In recent years, the Qingdao West Coast New Area has attached great importance to the development of the film and television industry. It has built a first-class domestic film and television industrialization base - the Qingdao Film and Television Base with high standards, forming a film and television industry development layout that combines long and short forms, and accommodates both large and small projects, "with the Oriental Movie Metropolis as the leading project, Lingwan Bay in the east and Zangma Mountain in the west, radiating across the whole territory of Qingdao". More than a thousand film and television enterprises have gathered here, and more than 480 crews have been received in total. The total box office output of movies has reached 38.7 billion yuan. Among them, the Northern Micro Short Drama Film and Television Base built relying on the film, television, culture and tourism resources of Zangma Mountain has attracted more than 30 short drama enterprises to settle in within a year, and more than 120 works have been shot. Two works have been selected into the recommended drama list of the National Radio and Television Administration's "Traveling with Micro Short Dramas".
As the leading project of the Qingdao Film and Television Base and a hardcore support for the industrialized development of Chinese films, the Qingdao Oriental Movie Metropolis has 40 international standard studios, 32 set decoration workshops, an international first-class underwater production center, a digital audio-visual center with full-process post-production equipment, and the largest film and television virtualization production platform in Asia. It can meet the different shooting needs of domestic and foreign crews, and has given birth to blockbuster films and TV series such as The Wandering Earth, The Great Wall, and Coming and Going.
