From February 19th to 23rd, the 14th China International New Media Short Film Festival was held in Shenzhen. The Northern Micro-Short Drama Film and Television Base was awarded the honor of the "Golden Roc Index" Micro-Short Drama New Quality List, and was selected into the "Golden Roc Index · Top 10 Ranking of China's Micro-Short Drama Bases in 2024", being the only base in Shandong Province that made it to the list.

The "Golden Roc Index" was jointly launched by the Organizing Committee of the China International New Media Short Film Festival and industry associations such as the China Television Drama Production Industry Association, with industry data support provided by DataEye.

The Northern Micro-Short Drama Film and Television Base was jointly built by Haikan Co., Ltd., the Qingdao West Coast New Area, and the Sunac Group. Since its official operation on April 28th, 2024, it has served more than a hundred horizontal-screen, vertical-screen, and overseas-bound micro-short drama production teams, and the hit rate has reached 30%. At the same time, the base also provides supporting service capabilities such as production, production team services, and actors, offering full-link shooting support for micro-short drama film and television institutions across the country.

This awarding event focuses on the high-quality development of the industry, aiming to commend the benchmarking units that have promoted the content innovation and dissemination of micro-short dramas. Being listed on the "Golden Roc Index" Micro-Short Drama New Quality List is an affirmation of the professional service capabilities of the Northern Micro-Short Drama Film and Television Base in the industry. The base will continuously optimize the supporting service guarantees and focus on promoting the high-quality development of the micro-short drama industry.
