Qingdao takes the lead in organizing the International Talent Intelligence Exchange Summit of the Belt and Road in China. This summit will be held in Qingdao on July 1. There are more than 110 summit participants in total, including officials and scholars from some countries along the Belt and Road, Chinese experts in the relevant field and schools, universities, scientific research institutions and key enterprises in Qingdao. They come here to discuss the talent intelligence development plan of the Belt and Road. This summit is co-held by the State Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs and Qingdao municipal people's government, and hosted by Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau along with Municipal Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs. It aims at discussing strategies and key points of international talent intelligence exchange and cooperation with delegates of participating countries, and at the same time motivating countries to participate actively in the construction of the Belt and Road and to strengthen the talent intelligence exchange and cooperation among countries along the Belt and Road.
