In order to deeply implement the "211 Plan of Qingdao Talents", promote the "Millions of Talents Converging Action", focus on the "three centers and one base" construction of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government, and attract more high-level talents to Qingdao for starting up business and innovation, on March 15 and March 17, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Qingdao organized the activity of introducing high-level talents in Zhejiang University and Nanjing University respectively. Compared to last year, more high-quality talents have been introduced with 80-plus percent of them being masters and doctors.
