??The awarding ceremony of the 16th China Film Society of Performing Arts Award,the Golden Phoenix Award, was held yesterday at the Lingshan Bay Film and Television Culture Industry Area at the West Coast New Are of Qingdao. The biennial event gathered over 100 stars including Yu Yang, Tang Guoqiang, Ge You, Liang Tian, Zhang Jiayi, Hou Yong, DuanYihong and Ma Sichun. Huang Bo, who is now at shooting in Qingdao, also appeared as a surprise and presented the award with Cui Xinqin, his teacher in the academy. Three comic stars, Ge You, Liang Tian and Huang Bo, took turns to the stage, making the ceremony a moving event with laughter. “Oriental Movie Metropolis is amazing”, said Tang Guoqiang, Honorary Chairman of China Film Society of Performing Arts, “I wish that Huangdao will embrace a brighter future and the Golden Phoenix Award will have greater influence!”

What worth mentioning is that the awarding ceremony was held in the No. 7 movie studio with area of 2,000 square meters in the Lingshan Bay Film and Television Culture Industry Area of Qingdao. Currently there are 30 movie studios in the Lingshan Bay Film and Television Culture Industry Area including the largest movie studio in the world with an area of 10,000 square meters and a fixed underwater movie studio.??
